250cm x 300cm Hand Knotted Mamluk Ziegler Rug

Product Details

Product Description

Hand-knotted from 100% hand spun wool, this piece from the Mamluk Ziegler collection combines classical geometric motifs with an abstract, distressed overlay. The central field showcases traditional octagonal medallions and intricate borders rendered in turquoise and deep blue, intersected by painterly patches of terracotta, rust, sage green, and cream. The thin wool pile provides a smooth, durable surface underfoot while highlighting the detailed artisanal knotting from edge to edge.

At 298 cm x 248 cm, this rectangular rug provides ample coverage to anchor a living room or define a formal dining area. Pair it with dark walnut or oak furniture to complement the earthy terracotta tones, or place it against neutral leather upholstery in a home office to allow the dynamic blue and rust palette to serve as the visual focal point.
