Perfect, just as advertised!
I bought this rug 3 weeks ago and can not fault it! Excellent quality for it's price. Only small issue I had was the rug was posted folded and as a result when laid on floor bumps were visible where it was folded, however this disappeared after about 1 week and no longer an issue. Overall if you like the photos of the rug on the website you'll love the actual rug you receive. Will definitely buy again! Oh and delivery was super quick to Australia, I received rug within 5 business days.

Great company!
I purchased online... Was worried about the colour not being exactly the same as the photos but after reading some great and reassuring reviews I decided to commit and order.... The rug arrived in about a week! Free postage is also a massive bonus... Rug looks exactly as described and displayed on pictures. Colour is perfect and works very well. My family will be using this company to deck out the rest of the house after getting jealous of my purchase :)

Quality and a great look!
I purchased two of these runners nearly 18 months ago and they are situated in heavy traffic areas. They are easy to keep clean and stains are easily removed with a quality carpet cleaning product.
All up I have purchased 5 rugs from this company and I am more than happy.

Lovely quality rug
I recently ordered and had delivered this large square beige and tan rug. My questions re the item were answered promptly online/email. I'm very pleased with quality of the rug. It was packaged well for delivery and the colors as per the images supplied were very similar. I would definitely order again from this company
should I have the need. The tracking was clear once shipped was very clear to follow.

Great price, Speedy delivery (only 5 days to Australia, delivered on a Sunday of a Holiday weekend) I wasn't expecting that :) . The colour was exactly as show online.
It is just what I ordered.
It did come folded instead of rolled, but I suppose it would be too difficult too transport being it was so big (3m x 4m). Being folded made it very creased and bumpy, but I have had it on the floor for a few days now, and the creases and bumps are flattening out just nicely. LOVE MY NEW RUG !
I have already recommended AURUGS to my friends, family and colleagues.

I bought a lovely grey and creme trellis rig 10x10 (or 3m X 3 m) and the quality is superb, the colour exactly as shown- very pleased and fits and looks perfect . Great delivery too.

BARGAIN!!
Bought this after we saw it on sale thinking that even if it was as half as good as we thought.. then it could be worth the money.
WOW! We were quoted over $1800 for the same rug at a few stores but to score this for $300 and have it delivered from USA to out door in Perth in 4 days was beyond a win!
Yes it comes folded but how else do you ship a rug??
The creases will disappear after a few days.
Thickness ans quality is as described and thicker than some we saw in stores.
Don't hesitate to buy one.

Good quality attractive rug; be aware of returns
I bought this rug a week ago. It was shipped quickly, well packed and is of good quality. I love the way it looks and feels. I ordered the underlay which from the images I had expected would be adhered to the back of the rug, but it actually comes separately; still works very well in preventing the rug slipping on our wood floors. One word of advice though - through my own error I ordered a slightly too small rug. When I tried to “free return” the rug it became apparent I had to pay $245 courier fee to get the rug back to the US from Australia - clearly not worthwhile for a $300 rug. It was not evident until after I had placed my order that the rug was being shipped from the US, and not from within Australia. Clearly the rug size choice was my error but it’s definitely not “free returns” as suggested.

Trelis Rug does not have non slip backing however we do offer non slip padding that are custom cut to fit your rug purchase. The rugs are being shipped from the USA. Delivery time is 4-6 business days.

with your measurements which one is length and which is width so say 275 x 365 which is which.
On our website, the width is listed first and the length is listed second. So 275cm x 365cm would mean 275cm in widith x 365cm in length.

from the pictures I'm finding it hard to tell the difference between light grey and dark grey. also is the beige in both mats the same colour.
The dark gray is just a shade darker than the light gray. The beige in the rugs is the same color.
