Worried for nothing
I was a little worried about buying a rug online - Is it really the right colour? What does it feel like? And if I don't like it, returning it is such a hassle. But I worried for nothing. It's perfect. The colour is exactly as shown on screen. The website says it's cloud grey, the label on the rug says silver - either way it's a pretty neutral mid grey (no blue or brown undertones). The texture is ok - what I'd expect for a polypropylene rug. It feels a little thin underfoot but I bought the super-loc rug pad which makes it feel thicker and keeps it in place. Ordered it on the 22nd, arrived on the 30th with DHL tracking the whole way. Thinking of buying another one...

Black Shag Rugs
I bought 3 of the black rugs online from Australia. 183cm x 275cm, 152cm x 245cm, 122cm x 183cm sizes and total weight 27kgs. Included in the price was free express shipping, which took a week from the US!! It was unbelievably quick. Not only was their service excellent and helpful online but the rugs are excellent quality. To pay just under $400 including the shipping and for such big high quality rugs is SO good! They were well packaged and rolled up in a tarp packaging. They were exactly what I wanted and sometimes you don't know what you are buying from online. I highly recommend them.

Good quality and great colour match to description.
However i should have bought the underlay as it isa little thin and not as luxurious to walk on as it looks

Rug arrived very quickly, a week after purchase and I am very happy with it! Very glad I purchased the extra cushioning and grip matting underneath the rug as it holds it in place and adds a little extra cushioning

I purchased one of the Navy Blue 152x245cm solid shag rugs 6 days ago and it was delivered exactly on time by DHL today. Really impressed with the speed of the shipping as well as the quality of the rug. It's literally exactly as pictured, including the colour. I purchased the regular underlay and it's fine for my purposes. I did accidentally make a small cut in the underlay as I was opening the rug as it was just underneath the outer packaging, so just take care when you unwrap your rug. I don't know how they make this so cheaply but I am amazed by the value.

The rug is graphite gray the lighting for some reason makes it look brown.

Would you recommend this to sit under a 3 seater and a 2 seater couch and a coffee table - it will be sat over our carpet but held in place by the lounge chairs. The colour shag is dark grey with white fleck according to the picture? thanks Jan

Can you please tell me if the shag pile comes out? I ask because I bought a shag pile rug a few years ago for my lounge, from another store, and it hasn't stopped coming out. It has lost so much of the pile....every day. This is very important please.
Our rugs do not shed. We have not heard complaints regarding shedding of our shag rugs.
