Bought this rug online and then observed a lot of negative feedback / product reviews and became a little concerned as we had also not received any confirmation since placing our order. Contacted AUrugs via email and received a prompt response followed by an automated shipping confirmation response. Received rug on time and it is pretty well as expected with minimal colour variance from the photos and only the pile thickness being a little less than expected. Otherwise we are very happy with it and it is doing & will do the job we want. Looks great in place.
